Wellness Coaching Session with Dr. Darlene
When life is in balance we feel better; we have an attitude of gratitude, we have a bounce in our step; we’re happy, caring, and we want to do good in the world. When we are out of balance we feel flat, like a tire low of air. Do you ever feel that way? My wellness program works toward balance across these eight important life areas. What you will learn is how these eight areas interplay in a way that contribute to health and wellness and the quality of life.

3 STEP PROCESS of a Coaching Session:
- Step 1 – Functional Lifestyle Assessment – Work together to address your underlying concerns and promote your vision of optimal health
- Step 2 – Design a customized lifestyle plan based on your vision – Work together to bring the Plan into focus with mindful choices and actions
- Step 3 – Implementing and supporting the plan – Support and enabling you to fully manifest your plan and recognize your health and wellness dreams

- Develop a vision and action plan with smart goals
- Receive helpful tips so you can start incorporating new lifestyle habits right away
