Ingredients
10 oz of vanilla coconut yogurt (dairy-free)
4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup small pecan chips
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups gluten-free oats
1/4 cup whey protein powder (no sugar, no soy)
3/4 cups Guittard extra dark chocolate baking chips
Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet
Bake 350 degrees
10-15 minutes
Makes 12-18 cookies
Best served warm
Cool on rack
Refrigerate in sealed Tupperware
Warm 10-12 seconds in the microwave before eating
